Summary
Incentives.Summary
Contains total gross cost, the total amount for various incentives that are applicable, and the cost after incentives.
Cost
The total cost before incentives. Cost is determined independent of financing method.
Possible Values: A decimal value such as 16,000.00.
NetCost
The net cost after all one-time incentives are applied (does not include ongoing, production based incentives). NetCost is determined independent of financing method.
Possible Values: A decimal value such as 10,000.00.
Taxes
The total amount of taxes to be paid as a result of receiving incentives (if applicable). Taxes will not be included if IncludeTaxEffects is “False” in the request.
Possible Values: A decimal value such as 1,000.00.
FederalTaxCredits
The total amount of available federal tax credits.
Possible Values: A decimal value such as 4,800.00.
StateTaxCredits
The total amount of available state tax credits.
Possible Values: A decimal value such as 4,800.00.
LocalTaxCredits
The total amount of available local tax credits (e.g., municipal or county tax credits).
Possible Values: A decimal value such as 4,800.00.
Buydowns
The total amount of available rebates or buydown incentives.
Possible Values: A decimal value such as 4,800.00.
OngoingIncentives
The total amount of available incentives that are received over multiple years, such as production based incentives.
