Summary
<Summary> elements are returned for <Sites> that include SummaryOutputFields in the WeatherData Request. If SummaryOutputFields are not specified, no <Summary> elements will be returned in the WeatherDataResult Response. Returned <Summary> attributes will also correspond to the request.
